Ingredients
- 100 ml Lungo coffee prepared strong and cooled
- 200 ml orange juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cs maple syrup (or liquid honey)
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 8-10 medium-sized ice cubes

- Pour the hot coffee into a container and let it cool to room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, squeeze the oranges to obtain 200 ml of fresh juice. Strain it to remove the pulp if you prefer a smoother texture.
- In a shaker or large glass, combine the chilled coffee, orange juice, maple syrup, and cardamom. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Fill two glasses three-quarters full with ice.
- Pour the coffee-orange mixture over the ice cubes, spreading evenly.
- Garnish each glass with an orange slice on the rim, add some orange zest and, if desired, a sprig of fresh mint.
